John Dahl & Son Contracting LLC
“Our goal is to provide our customers with a great end product which exceeds their expectations while maintaining an excellent working relationship”
John Dahl and Son has been in business for over 25 years; owned and operated by John Dahl, Pt. Pleasant, NJ. As a NJ Registered Home Improvement Contractor (NJ# 13VH06140200) and NJ Registered New Home Builder (NJ#47665) , we stand out from others and are fully insured. Our office is located at 1145 Hollywood Boulevard, Pt. Pleasant, NJ, 08742. We are a hands on custom framing contractor, who primarily does business in Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey.
Quite often you will see our trucks around town and it is common for you to know of someone who has had work done by us. We are proud to say almost everyone on our team has been with us longer than five years and that we promote from within.
Because we are hands on, we do the work ourselves and in very rare instances use a framing sub-crew. If a sub-crew is used John remains the main contact and visits the job site daily to ensure the work is being done to his standards.
Additionally, we own three lulls that get moved from job to job helping us stay a step ahead, save our backs, and get your project done more efficiently.
We have experience with both residential and commercial projects and in all phases of construction including
- new construction
We are pleased to say all of our work is generated through referrals. We work with homeowners as well as a large list of local general contractors, who rely upon us to get their framing projects completed in a timely manner.
We are a licensed Department of Enviromental Protection (DEP) hauler and have a dump truck available. Depending upon the size and scope of your project, it may make sense to have a dump truck for garbage removal on-site vs. a traditional dumpster. The choice is yours…we can fill it ensuring your job site is always clean and safe or you can fill it and we will come back to pick it up at a later date. Inquire about pricing when discussing your project.
