This Wall Township home located in the Ramshorn section was originally a typical four-bedroom, one bath cape with a center staircase. Two small 10×12 bedrooms were on each floor.
Now the home, which received a full second floor addition and extensive renovations, is a three-bedroom, one and a half bath colonial style home. The entire second floor was removed so the home no longer shows that is was originally a cape.
To give the second floor more room, overhangs were designed to be added to the to the front and back of the home. The front overhang is concealed by the design of the porch and back overhang is visible in the after pic.
The existing back deck was updated with maintenance free materials.
